Very bright, modern and contemporary restaurant in Griffith, Aubergine serves French cuisine cooked by a Michelin-trained chef. Menus are ‘prix fixe’, either 2 or 3 course, and dishes such as pumpkin & spinach rotolo and mustard crust pork loin, really shine. Staff are courteous and efficient and are faultless in their attention.
